Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimise performance and achieve collective goals
- Utilise sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs through effective questioning techniques
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations
- Educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy and our offerings
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets and KPIs
Role requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.
- Knowledge & experience in the energy industry is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.

Monday-Friday, between 9am-7pm
