Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and management to optimise performance and achieve collective goals
  • Utilise sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Build rapport with customers and identify their needs through effective questioning techniques
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations
  • Educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy and our offerings
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets and KPIs

 

Role requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.
  • Knowledge & experience in the energy industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, between 9am-7pm

Saturday availability
