Sales Consultant

SRS Partnership are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join our client’s sales team at their busy and dynamic branch in the South Side of Glasgow where they believe in delivering results through a service centric approach.

This role is critical in delivering a seamless and efficient journey to clients.

We are looking for a professional individual who understand the power of being people focused, friendly and approachable, a strong communicator and highly organised with a flexible approach to your workload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise and interact with clients.
  • Providing the highest level of guidance/support throughout the entire sales/transaction process.
  • Conduct market research to determine property values & competitive prices.
  • Create and maintain listings of available properties.
  • Ensuring valuation wins.
  • Work as part of a highly efficient sales team, striving to hit groups targets.
  • Provide customers and clients with clear considered advice.
  • Arranging viewings to drive buying and selling.
  • Stay updated on market trends and change.
  • General Sales administrative tasks and lead acquisition research.

Skills/Experience Required

  • You must have proven working experience within a Customer Service environment (e.g. within retail, recruitment, travel, hospitality, cabin crew).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales through exceptional customer service.
  • Experience within a high performing sale role.
  • Exceptional People skills with the ability to build relationships easily.
  • Visit potential applicants’ properties.
  • Strong written competency and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team to deliver results.
  • A proactive attitude driving exceptional customer journeys to drive results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines.


Work Environment

  • Modern Office Settings
  • Hands on Training
  • Office based role with off-site client visits (Hybrid working is not an option)

Hours of Work

Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (with 1 late night until 8pm)

Saturay – 9.30am-1pm (this is only expected 1 Saturday in 5)
